1. Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Service are the terms and conditions under which we provide products (including goods and services) to you. For the avoidance of doubt, if you have agreed otherwise in a separate paper contract signed with us, that agreement shall take precedence over this Terms of Service.
1.2 Please read these Terms carefully before you submit an order to us. These terms tell you who we are, how we will provide services or goods to you, how your contract with us may change or end, what to do if something goes wrong, and other important information. If you submit an order to us, you are deemed to have accepted these terms.

3. Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
At times, the information on our website or in the Services may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping costs, shipping times and availability. If any information on the Services or any related website is inaccurate, we reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions and to change or update information or cancel orders at any time without notice (including after you have submitted your order) .
Except as required by law, we assume no obligation to update, modify or clarify information on the Services or any related website, including, but not limited to, pricing information. Any specified update or refresh date applied to the Services or any related website shall not be deemed to indicate that all information on the Services or any related website has been modified or updated.

3. Our contract with you
3.1 How we will accept your order
A contract will form between you and us when we email you an order confirmation which constitutes our acceptance of your order. You must be at least 18 years old to buy goods or services from us. If you are a minor, please do not attempt to order or purchase goods or services from us. By ordering and/or purchasing from us, you confirm that you are over the age of 18 and that the recipient is also over the age of 18. We reserve the right to ask you to provide proof of age.
3.2 If we cannot accept your order
We will proactively notify you due to stock-outs, unexpected limitations of our resources that we cannot reasonably plan for, or because we discover errors in pricing or service descriptions.
3.3 Your PI number
We will assign an PI number to your order and let you know what it is when we accept your order. It would be helpful if you could tell us your PI number when you contact us about your order.
3.4 We ship to the world, our website is used to market our services globally. Availability, delivery times and charges for goods and/or services may vary by destination.

4. Supply products
4.1 Shipping Term
EX-Work Dongguan: shipping charges will not be included in the price shown to you.
4.2 Force majeure
If the supply of our goods or services is delayed due to events beyond our control (including but not limited to acts of God, floods, droughts, earthquakes or other natural disasters, epidemics or epidemics, any laws, measures, restrictions or actions, relevant government or measures taken by public authorities, fires, strikes, trade disputes, non-performance by subcontractors and suppliers, interruptions and failures of utility systems), then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimize effect of delay. We are not responsible for delays caused by events.
4.3 If you do not reschedule your pickup
If failed to deliver to you, you do not reschedule your delivery, or collect them from your local carrier collection point, we will contact you for further instructions and may charge you for storage and any further deliveries. If, despite our reasonable efforts, we are unable to contact you or reschedule a delivery, we will wait for you to contact us, but you have to bear all the additional charged caused by the reschedule.
4.4 What happens if you do not provide us with the requested information?
We may ask you to provide certain information in order for us to provide you with services. If we did not request this information on your order for services, we will contact you in writing or by telephone to request this information. If you do not provide us with this information within a reasonable time of our request, or if you provide us with incomplete or incorrect information, we may terminate the contract or charge an additional fee of a reasonable amount to compensate us for any additional work. We will not be liable for delays in the provision of goods or services, or for failure to provide any part of the services, due to your failure to provide us with the required information within a reasonable time of our request.

5. Your right to terminate
No cancellation or re-schedule after the PI is confirmed, thanks for your attention.
You have the right to terminate the contract in writing if any of the following occurs:
(a) we have advised you that the price or description of the product you have ordered is incorrect and you do not wish to fulfill the order at the changed/modified price or description;
(b) the availability of goods or services may be significantly delayed due to events beyond our control (see clause 4.3);
In case to terminate the contract with us, you need to send an email to WEET relevant sales for approval.

6. Our right to terminate
We may terminate the contract at any time by email if any of the following occurs:
(a) you have not arranged any payment when due;
(b) you fail to provide information that is necessary for us to provide you with a Product within a reasonable time of our request;
(c) you fail to allow us to deliver the Products to you within a reasonable time;
(d) you fail to allow us or our carriers access to your premises within a reasonable time to provide the Products (i.e. deliver the Products).

7. Prices and payment
The prices of our products are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Services (or any part or content thereof) at any time without notice.
We will not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Services.
8.1 Where to find the prices for the Products
The price of the Products (excluding VAT) will be the price shown on the PI (PROFORMA INVOICE) when you place your order. We do our best to ensure that the prices suggested to you for the Products are correct. However, please see clause 8.2 for what happens if we discover that you have ordered a Product at the wrong price.
8.2 What happens if we get the price wrong?
Despite our best efforts, there is always the possibility that some of the Products we sell are priced incorrectly. We will normally check prices before accepting your order. We may terminate the contract if we accept and process your order in which the mispricing is obvious and you could reasonably consider it to be a mispricing.
8.3 When and how you must pay
When you have to pay depends on the Product you purchase and we will advise you of payment terms prior to purchase.
8.4 What to do if you think your invoice is wrong?
If you believe your invoice is incorrect, please contact us immediately.

8.Accuracy, Completeness and Timeliness of Information
We are not responsible if the information provided on this site is inaccurate, incomplete or untimely. The materials on this website are for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon or used as the sole basis for making decisions without consulting a primary, more accurate, complete or timely source of information. Any reliance on the materials on this site is at your own risk.
We reserve the right to make changes to the content of this Site at any time, but we are under no obligation to update any information on our Site. You agree that it is your responsibility to monitor our site for changes.
